Tell us your story of how you met and overcame obstacles standing in your way. We all know that people like Thomas Edison "failed" 10,000 times before succeeding. I know of nobody who has achieved outstanding success without working through a series of temporary failures along the way.

We welcome short hints, how-to articles, resources and tools you have found helpful, reviews of books that have inspired you or helped you move forward in your quest, and anything else that tells the story of how you or someone else is succeeding, or has already succeeded, in making a dream become real.

Market Yourself

At the end of each article, in what is commonly called the resource box or author bio, you are encouraged to put an active link to your website or other online site you own and control. We encourage you to put a short statement of what you are doing and why someone may want to contact you. In this way, each article that you submit and which we publish will serve as an advertisement for you.

Do not use HTML in your article. It will be stripped out automatically. Include the URL to which you want us to link and we'll make it active.

General Guidelines

We do not accept puff pieces, sales letters, press releases, or any article with affiliate links.

Don't bother spamming us with low-quality articles over and over. We'll just delete them and move on.

You must own all rights to the article you submit. It must be an original article written by you. You retain all rights to your article except for the right you give to publish it on our sites and/or newsletters.

We do not accept articles written by someone else, even if you have their permission to submit it. You must be the original author for us to consider publishing it. Please do not waste your time and ours by submitting articles you got from the public domain, from any private rights source, or from a ghost writer.

We have nothing against copywriters and ghost writers, we just want to have you represent yourself, your skills, knowledge, experience, and expertise in your own words when you submit your article to A Year From Now.

Your article must have correct spelling, punctuation and grammar.

We do not edit for length.

Only articles that are truly helpful for others will be accepted for publication.
